President's Message

Our next grotto meeting will be held on Wednesday, January 4th at 7 pm at the Library Center on South Campbell. We will be forming committees for 2006. Please be thinking about which committees that you would like to serve on. I would really like to see more individuals commit themselves in participating on the various committees this year. Some of the various committees include: Restoration, Cave Management, Survey, and Monthly Grotto Trips.

Please don’t forget that dues for 2006 are due at the January meeting. Dues are: $15.00 for individuals, and $17.50 for families.

The outcome of the December elections are as follows:

President - Charity Gramm with 34 votes, Eddie Simmons with 23 votes.
Vice-President - Jeremy Bounds with 38 votes, Bob Stratford with 19 votes.
Secretary - Bonnie Howard will retain her position.
Treasurer - Roy Gold is taking over for Alicia Beard.
MSS Director - Jonathan Beard will retain his position.

Thank you to all who participated and voted in this year’s elections.

Thanks! ~ Charity
