Old Business

The Christmas party has been set up for Sunday, December 18, at the bowling alley in Nixa and will start at 4:30 or 5.

Questions have been raised about the 2006 Supertrip. It has been recommended that the 5-8 people that this will effect should contact Carl and get together to decide when it is going to be so Randy and others can get it on their vacation schedules. It looks like it may be the first weekend in June.

New Business

The nominating committee headed by Jack has suggested Charity, Jeremy, Bonnie, and Jon continue in their positions. Roy Gold has been suggested to take Alicia Beard's place as treasurer since she wants to step down. There were two nominations from the floor: Eddie Simmons for President and Bob Stratford for Vice-President.

There was a motion to allow proxy votes or absentee ballots. After a discussion the vote was passed 17-4 to allow absentee ballots.

Saturday, November 5 is Turnback Cave for resto-bio-trash work. This is the 11th annual trip to the cave. Melanie will do the Stream Team and water testing. Lunch will be provided.
